DISTRIBUTION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND DYNAMICS HUMAN CAPABILITIES IN SOCIAL AND LABOR ISSUES

Abstract

The system of indicators proposes in the article; author also defi nes the target benchmarks and evaluates human capabilities in the social and labor sphere. Recommendations for more effective use of these opportunities in the conditions of dissemination of information and communication technologies are developed. The dissemination of information and communication technologies contributes to the expansion of human development opportunities, which will create new opportunities in the social and labor sphere, promote the formation of new professions, and increase the possibilities of distance employment. Social-labor issues are considered through the prism of the information economy. The blocks of indicators («Possibilities in the social and labor sphere» and «Possibilities of application of information technologies in the economy») are characterized, which characterize the possibilities of application of information technologies in the economy. The target benchmarks for each block are defined. The calculation of the Indicator of Possibilities in the Socio-Labor Sphere and the Index of Possibilities of Application of Information Technologies in the Economy using the Medium Geometric, which ensures an adequate consideration of the change of all indicators is made.
