Анотація
Старіння населення є однією з ключових демографічних проблем України, що має значний вплив на економіку, соціальні системи та ринок праці. У статті досліджена динаміка цього процесу, його наслідки для державного бюджету, пенсійного забезпечення та соціальної політики. Основною метою наукової роботи є дослідження динаміки старіння населення України та оцінка його впливу на ключові економічні показники з метою визначення стратегій зниження негативного впливу на економіку країни. Основним методом було обрано кореляційний аналіз, однак використані також методи компаративного аналізу, систематизації та формалізації. Проаналізовано основні теорії старіння населення, серед яких теорія відчуження, теорія активності, теорія субкультури, вікової стратифікації й теорія символічного інтеракціонізму. Особливу увагу приділено впливу війни на демографічні зміни, зокрема зниженню народжуваності, зростанню смертності та масовій еміграції. Розроблено прогнозні моделі впливу старіння населення на економіку України в умовах війни за оптимістичним і песимістичним сценаріями. Результати дослідження вказують на необхідність реформування пенсійної системи, стимулювання трудової активності літніх людей і впровадження комплексних соціально-економічних стратегій для мінімізації негативних наслідків старіння населення.
